ALD independently designed a production management/scheduling system suitable for aviation products. The system is capable of arranging and tracking hundreds of different product productions in a timely and accurate manner. It detects the time of each part of the production line and the production process, and masters its production and quality status. The application of this system has greatly improved the production efficiency and quality control level of the company's products.
In March 2018, ALD introduced the modern enterprise resource management information system, to improve the reliability of the production plan through information management means, optimize the production process flow, reduce the loss, enhance the technical process design efficiency, optimize the resource allocation, and standardize the overall manufacturing process.

We insist on “Quality first, continual improvement, customer most and pursuit excellence” by passing the qualification continually of AS9100B/AS9100C/AS9100D and other domestic aviation qualifications. Unsurprisingly, ALD passed NADCAP audit regarding Heat treatment, surface treatment and NDT in early 2018.

There are overall 160 machines in ALD and among which are 5 axis NC milling centers, 5 axis boring and milling centers, 5 axis integrated turn-milling centers, NC turn-milling center, Horizontal milling centers and etc. Heat and surface treatment product line includes NDT, anodizing, painting, plating and vacuum heat treatment.
